Succesful Treatments?

For those who do take medications to mitigate their symptoms, what do you take and how does it help?

Anyone have multiple diagnoses such as bipolar?

Thanks in advance. I'm just trying to get some input for my own treatment plan.

I take sertraline at the lowest therapeutic dose. I don't have any side effects and can stop taking it regularly without issue (except noticing that when I have a lot of stressors I go back on it).
