I'm sorry I have lost track of you. I'm especially sad to hear you have lost the friendship of a dear friend, I have been through that myself through misunderstandings and the hurt can make one gun-shy. It's rough already with PTSD symptoms and backgrounds. I wanted to send along a hug and let you know I'm thinking of you.

To put it simply...I too noticed that the thread title incorrectly spelled Nikon as Nicon, but what truly matters most is that KP chose to start this supportive thread for me, and I adore her for it! As I adore all those who have chosen to care about me and this new traumatic experience.

I also want to thank you and Anthony for helping me stay connected to this community even in the toughest of times. When silenced and completely alone for the first 18 years of my life, being alone in ICU and possibly silenced again by surgery, when I am already mostly paralyzed at this time, is truly beyond my descriptive fear vocabulary.

Thank you for caring about me and about what this site means to someone in my situation.

You sound flat out exhausted, Nicolette! I hope you are taking good care of yourself! Hope things ease up for you
soon!
