I do not believe it is selfish at all! No one can expect us to help other's if we ignore ourselves. My cup is overfilled and this is helping me to at least a start of what has been blocked in it. Oh the literal programing beaten into the brain. "you just do as you are told, and don't ask questions" Then you try to break the cycle and people can not comprehend that these occurances happen in the real world!
