I'd like to take forward point sentry duty. I can sniff an erupting emergency on the wind...

I want to be in the heads bashing unit. And I'd like my weapon do be a special tool for bashing heads: A slender, two headed (one head on both ends of the handle, turned 90° onto each other) cricket bat with the heads ending in a rounded conus on both sides so that all the energy from the impact is transmitted via a very small surface while the chance of the Head BasherTM ending up stuck in some zombie skull remains very slim. I want it to be made from light wood which is encased in multiple thin layers of a tough, strong steel. The handle needs to be clad in leather so that is doesn't get slippery from all the blood and brain juice.

I propose that the first thing we try is how the zombies react to mirrors. If they don't understand them we need someone to make some kind of mirrored vehicle to use for stealthy lokomotion.

Yes, I've already spent a lot of time thinking about this. Also, I prefer fast zombies to slow ones who use tools.
