Are we allowed to openly discuss THC as treatment for ptsd (anxiety, depression, flash backs, insomnia, lack of appetite, stomach aches, tension headaches, chronic tension and pain in back muscles...) ?

I have no idea what THC is.

You can openly discuss any medication/substance here, so long as you are not advertising, promoting, trolling or spamming.

You might want to use the 'search' facility to see if this drug, medication, or whatever it is (or it's derivatives) are already being discussed in another thread.
