The Sleep Thread

I had about 5 hours of sleep and physically can never go back to sleep after waking up so hope I can rest better tonight. It's going to affect my decision making (even more) if I don't!
 
Decided to wear a layer less to burn more calories but didn't realise how cold it was early mornings and accidentally pulled an all nighter. Getting used to it tho but think I have permanent brain damage, some cells are missing.
 
I fasted yesterday hoping to get tired enough to rest but ended up not sleeping at all until the following evening for not even 2 hours.

Was really hypoglycemic yesterday and thought I was gonna have a heart attack but didn't.

Don't know when I'll sleep next.
