I'm a real composer.

It's such a wonderful feeling. I remember the first time I heard someone play a piece I wrote (about 35 years ago). I got goosebumps up both arms. LOL. The joy I felt. I'm so happy for you. I hope they record it, and you can share a copy with the world.

Having this website here, you can come and go at anytime of the day or night.

That is such a wonderful blessing. It sure has made a difference for me too.

Good food, a great movie, and a very good book.

I am so happy that I am cleaning my house. This has been quite a challenge for me. I have been doing quite well this week in leaving my zone of PTSD helplessness but I wasn't getting enough cleaning done. I am making up for this today and I am very happy about this.

I have done two shelves in the hallway cupboard. I have cleaned a shelf in the studio. I have thrown two bags of stuff out. I have also collected two bags of stuff for charity. So I am pleased with that. I am so happy with that. They are small things in the scheme of things, but big things for me.

After waking up: prayer and cup of green tea, always!!!! Addicted to green tea! Rarely drink OJ now. Really different for me now, but it's one I am okay with.
