After 5 years of potty training my daughter with Down syndrome, she finally did it. I am so proud.

I finally got myself a rental property. I'ts not that flash, but it's mine and I can fix it up a bit. Can afford to pay the rent with a little govt. assistance.

Lots of work to do, plus cleaning and shifting this week. So happy to be out on my own again, so I can get a little peace. Moving in on Wednesday yippy!

Haha, you are a mind reader. H has just left :(. I took the dogs for a walk and stopped at the shop on the way home. I bought myself a little (100g) chocolate santa - well, it made me happy (ish).

Getting multi hugs from my youngest son, even though he is 14. He is quite a spur of the moment hugger.

Getting a hug from my eldest son, soon to be 17. He is not a very huggy person, so I know it is a big deal when he does.

Doing something for others. I do volunteer driving. I've taken 3 people to doctors appointments today and it makes me feel good about myself.
