Happy? The tiny, tiny pieces of time when I am calm. That is all that I have to feel any kind of happiness about.

Getting things that are hard to do over with and I get a sense of accomplishment.

When others are polite to each other, especially on the bus or at the store, and when I have the opportunity to be polite myself. At the store today an old man with obvious trouble bending down dropped his glove, which let me pick it up and give it to him, and afterwards everyone was polite and helpful towards each other on the bus.
