Taco bell's new freezes(kind of like a slush). I've fallen for them kind of like Gizmo's Frappes. ;) Maybe I could use those to lure me out of my house. Hmm, sounds like a good idea. Did get one today while I was out. My favorite little treat. :)

Not having to go anywhere for the next two days. I will take it easy and relax and watch movies.

Lots of small things have been happening to me lately, that just make me smile and pinch myself.

Made an another trip to Walmart to get another shelf for the garage, it was time to make some more changes in it. It was like it was time for this to happen and can see what a difference it does make.

I'm noticing how I am getting better at just being with others, being in the present, and that's a new and good feeling for me!

Watching and listening to my husband nap (he snores sometimes). He came home early and I enjoyed having him at home for a rest.

Being able to think things through a bit more and not be in PTSD black and white thinking.
