Therapy flunkie

You are okay. This is your thread. It is people's choice whether they read it or not. I feel that you are making some effort. Each week of therapy you have tried some different approaches on your own, maybe Failed. Maybe not. Try someone else on the side that does a different style, perhaps?
 
My advice is to hang in there. Keep going to therapy. Keep posting in this thread. If people feel burdened by the thread, they can unsubscribe from it. If people feel overwhelmed in general (as I have been), they can stay off the site for a while.

It's hard because you're exercising mental muscles that you're not used to using - mental muscles that you're afraid of using. The way to build strength is to keep on showing up.
