There dosnt seem to be any end to this

Yeah. Anxiety sucks. Working on the triggers, learning to recognize them and learning to substitute calm thoughts for the fear states takes practice. You may think the anxiety comes out of nowhere, but it's usually connected to self talk that follows some trigger you get. Try to head them off at the pass, so to say. My therapist has ways to help me learn to predict anxiety so that I can self soothe.
