Bugger. That is awful. Have you considered fecal transplant?

What a weird question that is. It's basically a poo pill or a poo enema from someone with a healthy gut.

I just heard about that a few days ago! Where was it??? I think it was probably from looking up PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) on Youtube and then finding my way into other subjects, as you do. Very interesting.

I enjoy cooking and have lots of recipes, but there's nothing particularly original about any of them.

Google the words, fecal bacteria transplant pill.

PS If you are looking for ideas to help with PCOS try googling low carb diets and/or progesterone supplementation.

That's pretty much how I make everything. Throw random things together with no recipe. I have been a ball of nerves over the past week and haven't been cooking much so we've mostly been eating crap like hotdogs and drive thru krystals and I've been feeling even worse for it. :/
The other day I made 1 pot spaghetti, 1 lb cooked ground beef, jar of pre-made sauce, half a box of pasta and I think I added 2 cups of water. It all cooked together. Easiest thing ever. I'm never making it the other way again. LOL
Tomorrow my plan is to use some leftover chicken sausage and a bunch of peppers I froze a couple of months ago and make them into something involving rice. So chicken sausage stir fry or jambalaya are the most likely candidates. They'll both make lots of leftovers so that's wonderful.

If you have no sauce for pasta, making a salad dressing style sauce is cheap too. You can use a little oil or butter, add in seasoning, voila. Melted pasta goodness.

I would not impress Masterchef judges :D but food is food. It's good to eat. Vital actually .

@FridayJones thanks! Have also developed a problem with dairy in the last decade, not as much as you but enough to have to teach myself how to get by without butter ;)
