Thats great! Is your t a trauma t? What type of therapy did you do for the processing? I think a lot of us think its something else and go in for that. Know I did.

It took me months of going there just for validation that I'm ok to actually having no point in keep going. I went back once more after some triggers, but despite teary I was and am fine, so it was more validation lol..
What I mean is, T said relapses are natural and can happen or may never happen. If you have the tools to deal with symptoms, then you only need therapy to deal with day to day life.

I had therapy that focused on symptoms and it didn't help that much, then I started having therapy focused on cognitive distortions and core beliefs and boy, how that helped.

In the end, it's your choice. If you feel you need to go, then by all means, go. If you feel you don't need to, try flying solo for a while.

I went from weekly sessions, to twice a month to once a month then stop.

I shortened my therapy from weekly to biweekly during a tough time because honestly I needed a big window to therapize myself and reflect and write and also it is expensive but I did join group therapies that have had end dates to help me out when needed.

Not sure if this will work for you.
