So I'm having a problem right now. It's kind of relating to the idea of finding it hard to articulate things when triggered. (That was a poll question a while back) Anyway, I'm doing an essay on self harm in books I'm reading, and I'm having a hard time articulating myself. It's due today, a 5,000-10,000 word paper, and I'm at 2,000.
I'm keeping myself grounded by sniffing Ox. He's my teddy bear my boyfriend gave me and put cologne on. It works really good. But I'm just wondering if I should be grounding myself while writing the essay, or if I should take periodic breaks, or exactly what I should do- because I really can't procrastinate on this thing anymore. It's not getting me anywhere.
