I have been going to a trauma clinic for the past nine weeks and I have made so much progress, up up until now I have been focusing on the event and the side effects that go hand in hand with PTSD, It's was the hardest thing I have done so far, to talk about my feelings and have them questioned and the explained to me. They took the then and the now and linked them together with some powerful thoughts that help me understand why I feel the way I do.
