I have tried every way I could think of, but to no avail. I am scared.

Your country is so large and with so many people using this amendment in this way I don't suppose there is much you can do- especially with a President who seemingly doesn't support eradication of racism.

Now there is a silver lining to this.
While the 1st amendment guarantees the right to free speech. It does not guarantee freedom from the consequences of your words.
For example, were I an American. I could go into work, find the first co-worker of a different ethnicity than I. Shout racial slurs at him and I won't be arrested.
I will however be fired. Not to mention, possibly punched in the face.

I suppose I'm proud that our laws in the UK do not allow hatred towards other people in that you'd get arrested for inciting racial hatred and the situation would be under control pretty quickly.
Stay safe anyone marching/protesting against these... well not sure what to call them.

@Neverthesame I remember the Prince Harry incident- he was grounded for some time for that!

Unless he flys over Texas in a chopper, he will not get the full picture of the devastation and tragedy that they have suffered. Then he needs to get his butt back to Washington and get FEMA and congress in gear. They need to release funds and get thousands of trailers down there for people to live in, and food, clothing, fresh water, and medical services.

I don't think he totally gets the whole picture as during the hurricane he was TWEETING about how he can't wait to go to Missouri again, because he WON real big there during the election!!!!! GET OVER IT And GET OVER YOURSELF and start dealing with real issues.........

It's a PR stunt for Trump, and a chance for Melania to show off her 6 inch stilettos. How insensitive to show up in a place where thousands of people just lost everything they own with a pair of shoes that probably cost $600 or more. And seriously stilettos in a flood zone?????????

Well, Trump pledged a million dollars to the victims of Texas. Couldn't do it quietly and just let it be... Nope he had Sarah announce that he was donating it and the acted stupid and had her say he wanted suggestions as to what charity to donate it to!!!! Just one more way to any, "How great am I? I donated to help". Just makes me sick!!!! Millions of people donate, but they don't announce it.
