Well with Trump threatening to not fund for the subsidies many state insurance companies are pulling out. He threatened and they listened. He's is forcing Obamacare to fail. OK! So it fails! Then what???? The republicans have proven that they don't have a replacement, so what happens then????

Thanks for that info @ShikibuZ . It serves as quite a reminder, albeit a sad one, of the current state of our waters, thanks to human choices, and a damn good reminder that we are what we eat, including whatever what we choose to eat eats, or absorbs. It gives the term marinade a whole new meaning when it comes to the seafood arena. So many seem to forget that we can't drink or eat money...or prayers...or votes...or promises...as we continually make daily choices in casting our individual dollar votes in all the places that continue to further deplete our most precious resources.

@Tornadic Thoughts I couldn't agree more. To the above I would like to add that this is a planet we share. It so often strikes me, when I'm working with the seals, the obvious signs of trauma (they are mammals, with limbic systems) they exhibit. (I have a place in the locker room where I go to cry...)

Yep. This is why my T's attempt to start her own clinic failed. They pulled out and she refuses to do private pay, so she went back to the clinic where I met her. She feels personally victimized by Trump, and I think, rightly so. It works out better for me personally because she comes to my town once a week again now, but it's really too bad. She had great ideas for her clinic. It was a beautiful place.
