Va And Adding Dependents

Ok let's just say that I am getting told the same shit, and then one day the lady said she had everything fixed in 3 mins over the phone. Well I checked ebenefits and still just shows claim received. I mean damn all they have to do is verify what she put in and add them to it. Anyone else on here had any problems with this issue. Let's just say it has been over two years and still going.

OK, first thing I'll tell ya' is ebenefits is the worse piece of shit site ever. It tells you nothing and by the time it does update your info you've probably gotten a letter from the VA about what's going on anyway. Do yourself a favor, don't go there it only makes you more nervous about what's going on about your claim. The best thing you can do is to get an advocate like from the DAV or VFW. If you land a good one, they'll work their tail off for you and keep you advised about what's going on. The process does take years, unfortunately, so stay the course and find something to do in the mean time or it can make you feel worse. Just saying this, 'cause I've been there with it and wouldn't like to see someone else go through the same shit.

If you're going to check the ebenefits site, only do it like once a month. Best of luck 19K30.
