I need to do this, badly -or well, rather, as I've been doing this badly for months. So far best success is I'm eating every day, again. It had gotten to the once or twice a week, phase. But my physical activity has been crap. Was doing 3mi slow start with the dog every day for about a month... But instead of being a slow start to full training... It regressed into moving from bed to couch to bed to couch. lol. That's even worse than 12oz Curls (drinking beer). At least you're sitting upright for that one! :P And now I've misplaced most of Sept & October. Last time I looked it was August. Drats. Foiled again. Wish me luck. I'll see y'all next week.
