Something I've noticed over the past year and a half, is that when ever I get stressed out more then usual, I'll ''sleep walk''.
The thing is, it's always the same story: I jump out of bed and I panic, thinking that I'm chocking on a tooth pick, a needle, a rock, etc. Half the time I have no clue it happened.
I still live with my parents. The first time it happened, I apparently jumped out of bed and started panicking, slammed my door open and basically kicked down my mom's door, freaking out, saying that I was chocking on a tooth pick. I ran around the room while screaming this out, while my fingers were down my throat trying to ''take out'' the tooth pick.
The next morning, my mom said we were going to the doctors, to which I replied ''why?''. She said I swallowed a tooth pick last night and that I was freaking out about it. I looked at her really confused, and said ''that's impossible, there aren't any tooth picks in my bedroom.''.
The other half of the time, in where I'm aware of what's happening as I'm flipping out (in that half awake, half asleep mode), I'm terrified. A lot of the times I'll be trying to throw up over a toilette bowl (with my fingers down my throat) in the bathroom next to my bedroom.
This has happened many, many times since then (actually it happened again last night, which is why I decided to write about it today), although it's always been different objects.
Has this ever happened to any of you?
