I'm feeling lazy and I don't care:p. I should have done the vacuuming and instead I went for a nap because that is what was best for me :happy:.

I feel sad, scared, disappointed, depressed, thankful (thanks to a previous post about thankfulness), unsure, clueless

Feeling like I'm being stretched too thin... tempted to print out the PTSD cup explanation and hand out a memo to my family. Barely slept, muscles are tense, headache, gut-ache, jaw-ache and anxiety. Afraid to say anything, my family treats mental illness with verbal abuse and threats of violence.

Husband is freaking out about the checking account balance today. I thought I was going to have to do the whole thing over again. His mind is not clear today and he can barely talk. He keeps losing his train of thought.

I am trying to remain calm and have my spirits be lifted. I will wait to take a shower and go out for frappes. I need to get out of here. Today is going to be a long day. I will do my best. Not feeling as good as I would like to. I need some good things today.

Haha, I think the word for what I'm feeling is 'chirpy':D. I feel as if something wonderful will happen. Maybe my life is looking up.

Today was filled with anxiety and frantic tasking, but I managed well enough. Right now I feel satisfied.

I'm feeling very excited :D

Halloween is my favorite holiday and a few of my close friends and I are going to a huge party hosted by a radio station next week.

Getting the cotumes together and make up prepared (we go all out on Halloween) has really put a pep in my step. It's a great feeling!
