I'm feeling terrified right now. And I'm hurting a lot right now. I feel bad and mixed up.

I'm feeling unfinished. I need to write in my blog, goodness knows it is in my head, but it is not complete. The feeling is missing. I need the feeling, whatever that may be.

I woke up very tired today. I gave myself a mental health day so I will not be doing very much today. I feel pretty good.

My calmness didn't last. Had a meeting at work today, although none of what was spoke about effects me directly, everyone in that meeting left feeling very deflated and uncertain of the future:(.

Even thought I am giving me the day off, I am starting to feel sad. I do not know what I feel sad about. I wish I knew.

Hemmed in, claustophobic and jailed. I have been unable to go for a walk for 8 days now whereas I normally do so daily or every other day. I've not been feeling well, the weather has been crazy and on and on... today we even had high winds and tornado warnings. Twice the electric went off and then came right back on, but not before it knocked out all my passwords when it shut down my computer! I had to create a new password to get into my email account. It would not take the password I thought I recalled, said that was wrong! Memory loss sucks. So does bad weather.

Fresh and tranquil from sleep, still a bit emotional from last nights realization, and donning the mask for work.

I am grateful. My Mom went from needing hospice care to being released from the hospital well on the road to recovery.
