What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling dissapointed and really frustrated because I can't enjoy getting out and about like I used to, due to pain and weakness (ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia etc.).

I missed an outing yesterday with my nieces and nephews and then again, today, I am unable to go fishing with my sister and her boyfriend, so I am stuck here at home.

I contracted CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in 1998 and became officially disabled (PTSD and Depression) in the year 2000, so I have been ill for about 16 years.

I will talk to my doctor in the coming weeks about pain medication and/or a muscle relaxer to take as needed to help me to get out and enjoy life again, but in the meantime I am sad and dissapointed and trying to rise above it..

I haven't been around the Forum much but I want you all to know that I haven't left, I'm just trying to concentrate on my art. It isn't easy to motivate myself at tomes but I am working hard.

I am still finding it difficult with both of my sons and my husband having Aspergers Syndrome as they do not recognise my needs and so I struggle alone. They love me but they do not recognise when I am stressed and tend to drain what little energy I have. :banghead::banghead: I have found a local Autistic group which I am hoping to join so I can get some support and advice.

Financially we are struggling and I owe money for my National Insurance (about £500) so it looks like I am going to have to get a job - I am so scared of working as my major trauma is work related but I have faced all my other fears so....:nailbiting::chicken:
