What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Sometimes the homework from T's are suppose to move a log jam so your feelings and emotions will tumble out
Thanks for the perspective. A second session seems a bit soon for that sort of thing. It's not like we've discussed where I'm at on coping skills or how I handle an emotional avalanche yet.

Already off to a rough start for the day, woke up far too early. I've been very tense anticipating this afternoon's 'T-time'. Part of me wants to cancel and never go back. Not sure if it's her style or a misunderstanding of where I'm at in the process, but I'm going to ask for a slower pace. Asking for things is challenging, so I'm trying to focus on the good progress of expressing what I need.
 
I feel that IF I am broken, useless trash ect...then I will decorate myself and then declare it a National Holiday-love your broken, sad, useless Trash Day. I will be among the best trash there is!
