What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I'm in a really bad place. In two days I go on my first holiday for 12 years and I'm panicking about everything.

My friends daughter is going to stay at my place to look after my pets and l know I can trust her, but my PTSD is throwing scenarios into everything.

I am tearful, I am waking up in panic attacks when I am sleeping, and I've upped my meds to the maximum.

May be you might consider letting the members emotionally support you through this...:nailbiting: or not.
