I am feeling happy because my daughter is coming over today to visit me. I feel happy because I am planning on getting back into gardening. That is one of my passions.

I am feeling very good this morning and am in a very good mood, no anxiety at all. All is well for me today in my world so far.

I woke up in a very good mood today, and I am still feeling very good today. Another smiley face that goes on my calendar to watch for patterns and make some sort of connection.
