pain and discomfort

Burnt (as in sun), spent (as in my energy tank is now on E), and itchy (thanks to grass and pine needles).

Been mowing for hours and hours in the 90 degree heat, taking lots of breaks and staying well hydrated...using my spritzer bottle and the breeze as my portable a/c unit and my playaway book mp3 thingy from the library while steadily talking to the dragon flies, purple martins, the little froggy, the crickets, and the lady bugs. 'Twas a beautiful day in the neighborhood, albeit hot as hell.
