Yes just turned 58, which is older than some, but he was a life-filled guy. I am glad he had good things in his life, and that I got to love him too.

I feel less self-hatred,. gratitude, shame but more peace, thankfulness, a less weight on myself, tired, hoping to learn to become more hopeful/ graceful/ grateful/ courageous/ less selfish. I would say stronger but that's not my strength.
