Feeling wiped out after yesterday so don't feel like doing much of anything.

I guess that's okay and I will just take things slow and easy until I have more energy again!

Still sluggish today but that's okay. Have accomplished a lot and been through so much in the past eight months so maybe I'm going to be functioning at a different speed now...lol

I can't forget that they did give me my flu and pneumonia shot, one in each arm, so that might have something to do with me just moving at this slower speed. Who knows, maybe I'm just supposed to slow down anyway!

Feeling more like the new me emerging out of chaos and despair. Feeling optimistic again. Feeling centered again. Feeling as if all is well in my world once again. Feeling relief to be here once again.

Kinda pleased and surprised with myself... I managed some potentially triggering stuff yesterday at a class.

Feeling better than I have for the past two days.

I think it must have been the immunization shots that I received on Monday, because I completely spaced out taking my medication for my high blood pressure. I couldn't understand why I would do that so glad that I am feeling better so can get back into my routine again!
