I get the neck/shoulder pain. Its sucks... the only thinh thats helped me with that wad a massage but that helped only for a couple of hours.

I am feeling a lot less anxious, so I got up straight away this morning, so that might be the key. I have misplaced my mobile in the house, and that is annoying.

Exhausted.
Sad.
Fearful.
Sore chest.
Anxious.
Migraine.

Out of strength and energy.

I am not massively triggered right now, and I didn't descend into the bone crunchingly stressful anxiety. I am okay.

Feeling confused about myself and stressed by the obvious dichotomy of myself, as it doesn't have to be one or the other. Dealing with some surprising grief that I push down and away so it bubbles up when I don't expect it. Need to let it run its course and give myself permission to do so.
