Pretty tired.

I feel not so good. I suffered terrible anxiety this morning. I kept waking up during the night, and saying that I wanted to kill myself. So I was incredibly anxious all night as well.

I feel uncomfortably too close to some of you. Realizing there are a lot of things in this world that catch you by surprise, Still working on this speaking out thing...

Relieved that tomorrow is Pain Doc day... Hope he can tell me what is going on... and some remedies besides drugs... but I'll take those too at this point...:banghead:

Disgusted. I was reading about dust mites on Wikipedia, YUK!!! The reason I looked it up is that there are these SUPER TINY things that crawl around on my laptop screen. Dust catches on the edges of my keyboard keys, no way to change that, it is the design of the keys. They have a little lip around their edges that collects the dust. Well, these things that crawl on my screen (and one of them was inside of it!!!!) are almost so tiny as not to be seen. I see about one a day now. I was curious as to what they were, so started to do some research.

I squish them, when I see them, I think, I am not even sure if I succeed, as they are so tiny that they might be escaping somehow.

I feel overwhelmed.

So I feel terribly anxiety and it is really hard. I am freezing in the morning when I am waking up, the anxiety is really high. I binge watched some TV in bed this morning to take my mind off it and snuggled my partner. I still really feel anxious. Now I am lying down with an ice pack on the back of my neck.

Heartsick, overwhelmed, furious, and fearful....and then some. Family illness...my mom...hospital admission tonight...finally....dealing with what reportedly could be a fatal skin issue, according to a dermatologist, but was overlooked by two previous docs, supposedly caused by fluid pills, so they took her off of them and added something else...but then sent her home a few days ago...now there's shortness of breath and fluid around heart and lungs. The tsunami of feelings has wiped my ass out several times today and it just keeps getting stronger. If you have any spare good mojo to send, please send some her way.
