Idk if it's stress. Only that work-wise I tried to use my experience & knowledge today to brainstorm to find a better way.

I think, per stress/ fear, it is very helpful/ good, to just say it (feeling or thought), no matter how stupid. Well, not just to anyone, or that could make it worse of course. But saying it out loud stupid or not, makes it less scary. So, -relieved?

I think self-care feels like it should be 'normal', but actually considering it feels like self-focus/ selfish. Yet things like food, etc, wouldn't be considered optional by most. And/ or even if others do consider it optional for you, doesn't mean it is.
 
Violets are the most beautiful smell. :inlove: Really hard to find. I remember the a round, flower-shaped violet soap in my Christmas stocking as a kid. :inlove: Totally different scent than lavender. Just love it (and you too @VioletButterfly ). Hang in there. :hug:

I started the day with a giant 'FORGIVE' written in the snow, which I could use, and ended it when I looked up at a 'You are loved' with 2 hearts written on a paper nametag in front of my nose on the bus. Thankful for start as work day was crazy, but despite that another person said you always have so much energy, and look like you're having so much fun. I wish I could get out though. so wistful, introspective. Grateful, worried,. Apprehensive about tomorrow. Which is better than stressed to sickness.
