Anger with myself. Anger at the situations I was put through. Anger at former co-workers. Anger with my abuser. Anger at going through this again. I feel like I'm going to explode. I hate this. I hate being this way.

Confused, lost, sad and ANGRY

I drove to one of my favorite places to relax for a couple of days. It isnt having the effect it always did before my trauma and diagnosis. I can't relax, can't find my joy, have cried all evening and feel like everyone is staring at me.

I just want normal back
