I feel very feminine; Dyed my eyelashes and brows, will cut and dye my grey hair back to blonde foncé and bought some beautiful costume jewellery made of titanium with zircon stones and quite a few super cute micro piercing jewellery for my ears also in rose gold with zircon stones. - I JUST LOVE THE ADVENT SEASON! We visit many Christmas markets; The darkness is blazing with lots of warm golden lights, aromatic festive scents fill the air, and lots of enticing delicacies to nosh. Hmmm...

[Lost in the Woods]

I’m feeling good for a change. We had marriage counseling this morning and my wife actually cried. In 30 years of marriage she has only let me see her cry once before. She is an ultra high achiever and tough as nails when she wants to be. I think there is hope. But beyond that it has been a self care day. I have done an hour on the treadmill at home and an hour with the trainer at the gym. Then I did a 50 mile ride on my motorcycle through some beautiful country. I am so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. No matter what direction I look there is stunning beauty. So I guess what I am feeling right now is gratitude.
