What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Sad as I pack up more of my youngest daughter's things to take to her. Happy because I will see her today. Disappointed because this is not how I thought her life would work out. Fearful because I wonder if this is the last time I will see her. Committed to making this a really good visit and enjoying each moment.

I had a lovely day out with my H yesterday and he is off all next week!

I had a very bad night last night. Nightmares (dreaming of my parents and I even dreamed that I accidentally killed my Budgie:(). I woke up shaking , soaked in sweat and feeling sick! It took me ages to calm down and then I nearly crashed the car on the way to do the shopping. :rolleyes:

Other than that I feel good, tired but good!:D

I'm feeling a bit sad and disorientated now cause I had to leave my friends after being triggered. But tonight they are coming to dinner so I will just rest until then.

I feel caught between life and death these past few weeks. I've been putting things "in order" so that my kids won't have to much on their hands when I die and before I have no more energy to do it. I found out that one person on the clinic trial managed to pass the 2 year cap ... so what happened to the others :confused:

I know that I'm doing well but the anxiety from the PTSD rocks right in and I isolate, even from here.

I am grateful it's Friday, my goal is to be able to clean the house up while husband can help, hopefully the weather will be fair enough I can open the windows while vacuuming - the dust can truly speed on a migraine.

I slept good last night, not sure how I feel about everything except to say I know I need to keep a fair amount of distance from my mother, just check in every now and then. Oh and do NOT talk politics with my lovely Daughter-in-law or she will be up day and night praying for me and she was her hands full as it is. I respect her so much and we have very little differences in our beliefs so I would hate to have an unnecessary wedge come between us, she is one of my favorite people.

I feel so lucky to have those I love the most in my life. Coming here is just a bonus.
