What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Feeling grateful that I slept for a whole eight hours last night. Going to make sure that I take the time to exercise today as it really helps keep the anxiety in check, makes me feel happier, and helps me sleep. It is hard for me to keep the things I do for myself as priorities, as most days I do not feel like I deserve to be a priority.

Nervous about some of the things I must address today and deadlines that are fast approaching. Trying to keep tackle one major project a day. Struggling to not let the "to do's" and "should have's" become an avalanche of worry.

I have had my blood results back and it is good news. My iron levels are borderline but my hemoglobin is low. My doctor thinks my sore and swollen mouth could be due to acid reflux. I get a lot of pain in my stomach and if I have an ulcer it is possible it could cause anemia.

So I'm back on the iron tablets and she also gave me some meds for my stomach. Any more and I'll be rattling!
