I feel calm and peaceful. Today will be a good day. It is my daughters birthday, We got her a silver chain necklace with a blue topaz stone and diamonds. Isure hope she likes it. Wonderful day.

I'm feeling thankful. Yesterday was my birthday and I had a good day. Almost no anxiety in spite of all the visitors.

Not so much as to how I'm feeling today, moreso how I am feeling right now:

I am emotional. I am feeling surprised, happy, appreciated, warm, lovable, :) and all while speechless and tearing much, :cry: as for the moment I also feel very sad and confused by an internal state of deep, mixed emotions.

I hope this is o.k. to feel, :unsure:.

Alot lately, I've been feeling much fear and uncertainty.

I am daily meeting my fear with the gift of courage. I am being helped to bring these fears into states of manageability and effortlessness.

Regret for loosing my cool today. Fear of....well, not sure...everything. Pain in my body that is wearing me out. Feeling a sense of panic and anxiety that I am having a really hard time getting a handle on. I want so badly to escape for a bit. Not possible.

This new work environment is like being a Jewish person in Berlin in 1938, including surveillance and reporting on others, even the smallest issues, using a phone or washroom. I don't even know the words to describe how it makes me feel. :( And terrible scheduling causing problems that would not exist.

It's 1:25am here and I should be asleep but my mind just won't switch off. It's like having a swarm of bees buzzing in my head.
