I wasn't well today and having lots of intrusive thoughts. I guess it just has to move through me. They scare me because all I want to do is run away.

Today was incredibly stressful. Actually sickeningly stressful! I feel burnt, very worried and confused.

Saw doc today...she's great...and is happy I have stopped smoking. She is not afraid to medicate my pain, and increased my pain patch just a little to get more consistence control. I didn't want to be taking any more pills than I already do!

I will be on my feet, and using my hands a lot before, during and after my son's baby is born, and was afraid my pain would get in the way. She reminded me that it is THEIR baby...LOL...everybody thinks I'm gonna run off with the baby. Who, ME?? I'll let them take turns holding her, really will!

So, I am feeling excited, thrilled, and happy to be a part of the birth of my first grandchild later this month or early November.
