@aut555 - Thank you. I'm sorry you, too, were in the same boat. I fear a lot of us are. Also, the words of encouragement and suggestion. I did, actually, do some floor exercises last evening. :wideeyed: I think the answer is what has worked in the past - walking in nature. The issue is "when" to do this.

@Glo809 - Thank you for the support. I would settle for 8 hours of "solid" sleep! My something to hope for. About your dog... I feel for you. Maybe writing in your journal or talking to your therapist might help you gain some insights. Please take good care of yourself and remember to be kind, gentle and patient. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. VB
 
Today, I'm feeling:

Angry at my neighbor for his profanity-laden tirade at someone outside at 2:00 AM! Thank you, jerk!

Angry at the dentist who did such a horrible job on my crowns that I'm now in constant, cold-throbbing pain. Time to sue.

Kind of slippery and ill-at-ease at this job. I found out today that the director of HR is engaged to my boss and she's his direct report! Are you kidding me? And, this organization wants to me sign off on their moral compact? Really?! Oy! :woot:

Kind of not anything in particular, I think I'm hitting a freeze-up zone. Just taking it one day at a time.
 
@TreeHugger - sending gentle hugs your way and hoping you feel better.

Today, I'm feeling:

  • Incongruent and conflicted - nothing seems to feel right, right now.
  • Worried about my mom.
  • Concerned and upset over my own health situation.
  • A bit lost and alone - feeling disconnected.
  • Frustrated that I can't "make" this all better - where's my darn magic wand?!
  • Glad that I am still able to "want" a better life and that I haven't given up. (Tenacious VB!)
