What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Feeling hopeful and optimistic about the future. Future...crazy to think about that as the past few years I only think a day, a week, a month..waiting for cancer to come back, my brain to break and PTSD to rob me of more time, another disaster to befall this family...but time to stop living in the shadow of fear and live in the light of hope.

I am feeling so much better than yesterday, I tell you down dosing off of two meds at once is not for sis...

It sure the hell ain't! It can f*ck you up. At least it's good to know why you are feeling like crap, and can attribute it to the meds, instead of something being "wrong" with you. Are you replacing the meds with something else? My wife recently cross-tapered off of Effexor and onto Cymbalta, and it was hell, with both physical and emotional symptoms. I don't think she could have done it without the Cymbalta. Now, she is doing much better, it's much more effective, she is better able to handle stress at work and is less depressed.

Is there something you can do as you titrate down?

Wishing you much peace, and hoping the final down dose is not too hard, @gizmo!

Thanks for your concern @Lola Nocheprieta. I appreciate the support so much. I am down...

Oh, no! I am sorry to hear about your medical insurance! That is f*cked. I which case, it seems even more important to deliberately replace the meds with something else, like increased physical movement, meditation, healthy eating, more time in nature, etc. Does any of that resonate with you?
