What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

This is my first time here. I feel frozen today, almost stunned, deer in the headlights. Total inertia and I can't get stuff done. 2 cups of coffee and concerta did nothing. I really can't feel anything, except maybe fear and anxiety. My psychologist told me about 6 months ago that I have CPTSD due to a messed up childhood, abuse, abandonment etc. Is what I am feeling dissociation? It happens almost daily, though today it's particularly bad. My body feels frozen, and I have been in the same position pretty much for a few hours. My brain feels broken.
 
Relief - thanks to massage therapy
Joy - thanks to some favorite music time with my hula-hoop and mini-trampoline
Oxygenated - thanks to deep breathing exercises
Satiated - thanks to red grapes and sliced bananas
Hydrated - thanks to my lemon, ginger, yellow dock, and stinging nettle tea
Nurtured - thanks to being able to access and follow through with all the above - yay for those days - may they continue to happen
