Experiencing a touch of my present normal....

When I got home this morning the Mrs came down as well, we started to watch the news, she is waking up and I'm gearing down to go to sleep.

We switched channels to Steel Magnolias a move we have seen a gazillion times. we came in 3/4 the way through, it seems that I'm watching the movie through new eyes, and the scenes are not as humorous as before.

At the funeral scene where mom explodes in grief, I'm right there with her asking the exact same question........ WHY!!!!
