Woke up feeling afraid and had lots of tears and anxiety today. It's been dramatic. I think I know what it's from - something that stirred up fears I've buried. So it's all good. I had a chance to practise loving acceptance and it only took me a day to remember that. :happy:
Feeling much calmer.

In the midst of the raging I told my sister calmly & sadly-twice, I get it, all her 10-12+ years of running me down in every way, my nature/ self, appearance choices, how I'm crazy, fat, a burden, a user, a mooch, a lier, a freak, and egging me on to kill myself- you're a burden, do the world a favor and kill yourself, I can't wait until you're dead, I hope someone cuts your head off, etc etc, is because if I was dead my shared portion of debt between us is insured, and she'd have all the assets, and could do what she wants. That made her silent- twice- because 'bingo'. She still ended calling me a b*tch and c*nt and user, but she never once said ridiculous or even 'you're nuts' in response. I might be crazy but I'm not stupid. It's always about money.

Thank you @Bearlinda well it didn't help to stand up for myself anyway, was still called a lazy f*ck, all over the fact I wasn't home for 4 hours and didn't walk the dog, despite the fact she got walked at 10 p.m. the night before after I raked for 7 hours, and had to finish paperwork and leave for work after 2. Or maybe, who knows? I bought a pair of sandals but she was already furious.

I used to think it was justification for drinking. Now I know it's just because I'm worth more dead and something to get rid of.

She's the only family I have.

What do I feel? Who knows, does it even matter, no, it doesn't.
