Like there's been a crack in the defences so I've felt some life, had some access to parts of me I haven't felt for a good while.

It's been lovely. Shame it's gonna be temporary.

I'm feeling like, here I go again, I have to deal with an issue that I wish hadn't showed up, but I have to face it, darn it!

Anyway, I will feel what I need to, and hopefully, I will be okay in the end, just hate it when it happens, but I know it is serving a purpose in my life at the present!

Confused and my soul hurts. Why is everyone so angry? Why are people so polarized and extreme? What happened to the moderates and voices of reason? Where are manners, kindness, selflessness? Where are the people who have those values? Are they are silent majority or am I alone in this? We are all human beings.
