What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Still dealing with the fall-out from, I can now say, former T, as she did state in her e-mail that she understands that for right now, it would be in my best interest not to see her.

I am feeling down, because in her e-mail she mentions "all the pain and misery" that I have had in my life. I had no idea that she would say something like that but what I went through with her is starting to make sense to me.

Sad, disappointed, but hopeful and the beginnings of grateful. Inspired to find motivation.

Frustrated. Raw. Excited to be able to be more open about my feelings in certain environments with people. I am excited to feel more okay to be myself. The beginnings of hopeful.

Feeling hopeful and optimistic. Feeling relieved that I expressed so many intense emotions today, I guess they got backlogged and it was too much.
