What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Confused. Overwhelmed. Grateful, but guilty for feeling despairing. Realizing I can't 'think'/ feel within a base of context, pinpoints get too much focus.

Realize reminders of sadness or fear feel that way again; reminders of happiness or relief feel like 'I remember I was happy or relieved'.

I don't think people outside of here understand triggers. :(

Thinking of way too many things. :(

Appreciate help to try to restore my identity and improve my life, but it feels hopeless, at this moment.
 
Feeling all the weirdness in all its forms that goes along with being a feeler of ALL the feelings who is surrounded by folks who'd much rather ignore them and not ever address them or even think about discussing them.

It seems the ongoing and repeated harsh lessons of having painful yet unexplainable, by most insurance approved professionals, symptoms never cease by continually remaining convinced that suppressing all these things will somehow magically get fixed or cease to exist by continuing to do things the same way over and over and over simply isn't meant to be absorbed by those I share genes and close space with.

What a strange existence, on so many levels.
