What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I know the feeling @Living in the 70s Sometimes it helps to decide that what I think matters more in my life. Sometimes not. Anyhow just to say I care about how you feel rather than judging how you feel.

I am feeling a little anxious and avoidant but attempting to reconnect with myself - be in touch with how I feel rather than avoid it. I've a long way to go to be sure but hey.
 
Thoroughly emotionally and physically exhausted.
Really grateful for 3 people's gentle and sweet words and one's actions in real life that help soften the edges of my mind and sore heart, makes me want to try to turn the ship-of-my-mind-atm around.
Learned a person doesn't get angry too much or often if they don't have a lot of ego.
Having a hard time prioritizing and staying on course.
Anxious. Thankful.
Super-anxious for relative about (at least) 4 things I can't control.
So very tired, and hopeless-feeling, in the present and for/of the future, some of these times.
Oh, but I learned- hopelessness feeling comes from not knowing/ not expecting something even possibly to ever be different.

1. Okay, it's official you're not taking care of yourself as you ought to be and if you don't get back on track it's gonna bite you on the ass.

2. Okay, nightmares are your yellow flag. Caution!

3. Sometimes wisdom dictates that you know when to throw in the towel on a toxic situation rather than stick around and fight all the way to the end or fall on your sword.

4. Hmm... these are thoughts aren't they. Not feelings. I'm not feeling any feelings really except.....

5. the thought "Boy oh boy you stepped in it this time"/I feel I've screwed up and now I'm in full on think mode to find a way out on my own terms.
