What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I felt very sad in the morning, cried a lot. I need to snap out of this. I watched cartoons later and they cheered me up. I need to work on making my life worth living again. There are people I will never see again and I have to accept that. I suffered a lot of loss the past few years. It's ok to grieve but I just want it to be done now as I have cried so long. It is no longer serving me and feels like I am just wallowing in self pity now and that's no good. ONward and UPwards.

Me too @Lumos, I have lost several family members (4), close friends, elders that I looked up to, furbabies, etc. Grief has a way of being overwhelming sometimes. You are not alone. I have been addressing my grief in one on one therapy and it has been helpful. Anyways my heart goes out to ya. I saw your post and wanted to offer you a gentle, healing hug.

I am feeling a little lonely and a bit bored but overall I feel optimistic and happy.
 
I feel very groggy due to a new, higher dosage of prescription pain reliever. I am also a little paranoid which I found out is a side effect of the medicine especially during the first month. I am not even sure this medicine works very well yet.. It is helping me to sleep, however, I will need to walk several blocks to find out for sure if it is effective for the pain.

I got triggered earlier and was very upset, but the feeling has passed and I am now just annoyed. Well, it is officially Halloween. I wish everyone a happy one if you celebrate the holiday. Stay safe and warm, (where I live we expect 22-24 degrees by 6 pm.) Brrrrr
 
Very angry and resentful! Don't know what to do with it, but there it is.
A boatload of complicated grief. Don't know what to do with that either.
Very afraid on many levels and rather frozen when I try to get myself to move.
Discouraged and hopeless, but I'm still trying - just very tired of doing so.
