I am feeling lazy and guilty for staying in bed all morning. I'm up, showered and dressed now, waiting for my daughter to come home from work. I'm here with, tea, chocolate and a hug which is what she will need.

Later I will face the 150 mile drive home - yuck. Grounding techniques at the ready.

I'm feeling hopeful that my lumbar nerve block is helping already, and that I will be able to begin a very light stengthening and conditioning program in a couple weeks. I've been physically hampered since about June. Had surgery in Dec. that fixed one cause of pain, the injection for the other pain is working, so there is hope!! My feet have 'calmed down' before, and I expect them to again (positive thinking, whether I believe it or not).

Right now, Ma, Pa, Buddy and me are stable. THAT'S awesome!

I feel like my stomach went on a crazy night of partying even though I didn't and is recovering from it. I feel happy
